Pricing will vary, depending on the size of the event and services selected.

general event coverage

Includes photos of:

  • Food, decor and other details.
  • People as they arrive and while they enjoy the event.
  • Awards, speakers, special presentations, etc.
The general event photographer moves around during the event and captures as much as possible. Choose from the following options.

2 hours - $350

This option works well for small events like baby showers and gender reveals.

*Additional photographer – $100 each

Half day - $600

Includes 1 photographer and 4 hours of coverage. Depending on the size of the event, additional photographers may be required.

*Additional photographer – $200 each

FULL DAY - $1,200

Includes 1 photographer and 8 hours of coverage. Depending on the size of the event, additional photographers may be required.

*Additional Photographer – $400 each

PORTRAIT STATION

Only available as an add-on to general event coverage.

The portrait station is a set-up with a standard portrait backdrop (usually grey or another neutral color appropriate for the style of the event). This is typically selected as an add-on to general event coverage, but may be booked as the only service. The portrait station is manned for the duration of the event and the fee includes a dedicated photographer.

2 HOURs - $100

Includes early arrival for setup, 2 hours of availability for guests to come and go, and breakdown when the event is finished.

HALF DAY - $200

Includes early arrival for setup, 4 hours of availability for guests to come and go, and breakdown when the event is finished.

FULL DAY - $400

Includes early arrival for setup, 8 hours of availability for guests to come and go, and breakdown when the event is finished.

ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS

For large events, events taking place in multiple rooms, etc., at least two photographers will be required. For exceptionally large events (uncommon), two portrait stations may be needed in order to serve all guests before the end of the event. All of this can be discussed and decided at your consultation. 

IMAGE DELIVERY

All event images will be retouched for lighting and color, and will be delivered in a digital gallery no later than one week from the event. If any images are needed for a press release or publication immediately after the event, notify me as soon as possible so I can plan to retouch them quickly and get them to you.

The images may be shared on social media, with credit to OK Event Photography.

If you choose a portrait station for your event, we will gather email addresses as guests arrive for their portrait. After the event and when the images have been retouched, we will email a gallery directly to the guests so they may download their images.

All digital images are included in the event coverage/portrait station fee. Prints are available to purchase from the gallery at an additional cost.
